Welcome to the Nursery class page. Our teacher is Mrs Yeardsley. Mrs Twiss and Miss Singleton are our teaching assistants. We hope you enjoy looking at all of our learning.
During the second summer half term the children will be learning all about animals that live on the farm and how to care for them. This week the children have enjoyed a visit from Fishers Mobile a Farm and had the opportunity to meet and feed some of the animals.
The children then decided to make their own farm for the small world animals to live in. We used a range of modelling and natural materials to make the animals feel at home.
" I liked the rabbit it was tiny and soft and jumped out of the basket." Chloe
"The goat was silly, he put his horns on me. I liked him the best." Alex
"The ducks were very noisy, there were lots and they were white." Demi-Leigh
This term children have been to visit ‘Imagine that’ in Liverpool. The children througley enjoyed making strawberry bath bombs, painting fridge magnets, making green slime and exploring all the different science activities the venue had to offer. Below are some pictures of our fantastic experience!
