On Friday 24th January 2025 we had our Jubilee 2025 Pilgrims of Hope launch day. It was such a fantastic day in school, where HOPE shone the brightest!

February 2025
Our prayers of Hope - we ask Our Lady to bring all of our prayers to Jesus.
Year 5 inspired as Pilgrims of Hope made beautiful posters for each class giving them lots of different ways in which they can live out Hope.
March 2025
As pilgrims of Hope we are collecting our steps each day towards The Big Lent walk for Cafod which we are completing as a school on Friday 4th April.
Year 5 visited Lowe House in St Helens for a Jubilee Pilgrimage with Father Simon and his staff from Animate. All of the children were filled with Hope and enjoyed their special pilgrimage.

Singing a Song of Hope and waving our flags we designed as a sign of Hope.
We welcomed Jim and Eileen, volunteers from CAFOD to share the Jubilee workshops with us and talk about how we can raise money through our Big Lent Walk to help our global neighbours.
Ash Wednesday - to mark the beginning of Lent, our Year 4, 5 and 6 children attended mass at St Vincents with Father Jean Paul. We received our ashes on our forehead. Miss Ashton shared the blessed ashes with the rest of the school after mass. We presented Father Jean Paul with a special Pilgrims of Hope banner which has been displayed in Church.
