Being creative and working together to make our own playdough.

We made delicious fruit smoothies in DT!

Attendance superstars!

We are trying to get 5 stars so we can have a pizza party! We love it when our whole class are in school and we have 100% attendance! Here we are celebrating having 100% in the first half of the autumn term. Our buddies gave us a special certificate.

Prayer and Liturgy

We placed our prayer tags on our beautiful Remembrance tree in the hall.

Another fun-filled week in Year 1.

Having so much fun playing outdoors.

NSPCC - PANTS

We've been talking PANTS! We know we have the right to say 'No!' and that a safe adult (that we trust) will always listen to us if something makes us feel upset or worried.

Road Safety Week

We took part in Road Safety Week. We explored what it means to be a Road Safety Hero and we practised crossing a road safely.

We designed odd socks to show how everyone is differnet.

We have been learning about dental health & hygiene. They've been learning how to brush their teeth to make sure they are super clean! #PSHE #DentalHealthAndHygiene

PAThS

As part of our weekly practice, we celebrate all the wonderful things about each other with our PAThS Pupil of the Week!

We give our POTW compliments - this could be something they're good at, something we like about their appearance or something about their character.

Our POTW is encouraged to give their self a compliment and this is taken home for a compliment to be given at home too. #PAThS #PSHE

Graduating from Reception with our family and friends - July 2024.

Happy times in Nurture

We have been following the words and actions of the Sign of the Cross in their RE lessons this week.

#Year1 #Nurture enjoyed their #Geography lesson where they are showing an understanding of hot and cold weather

Mr Delaney helped us perform Twinkle, Twinkle. We all loved playing the different notes and sounds on the keyboard.
